Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Knowledge of OTDR/LSPM testing equipment and analyzing the testing reports to check whether the results are within the budget and fixed fiber services (FTTX) and 5G
  • Engage with technology teams in operational acceptance of newly declared Ready for connecting buildings/towers/villas
  • Engage with technology teams to create technical inventory reports which are required to secure new customers
  • Engage with the Commercial and Business teams to ensure already to connect buildings are published correctly on website
  • Work with Technology Operational teams to monitor the no of splitter ports per building and request for expansion based on utilization
  • To understand the technical field challenges to connect the customer in a given SLA (e.g., blockage, optical power parameters and routing of fiber cables, labeling)

Fulfilling manual activities like:

  • Uploading and tracking fixed line inventory- routers (ONT, CPE, STB) and fiber patch cords

  • Calling customers for appointment booking

  • Monitor SLAs across multiple field vendors and areas

  • Tracking order failures and follow-up with technology teams to ensure end-to-end fulfillment happens in 48H

  • Manual disconnection of QNBN links based on disconnection request from a customer

  • Engage with relevant parties (QNBN, Vodafone roll out team) to get Kahramaa IDs for all eligible apartments, villa

  • Field team audit to validate compliance with the scope of work and Vodafone way of working

  • Own and maintain field service experience by providing regular training to the field team on the Vodafone way of working plus ensuring field agents have Vodafone-approved uniforms, ID’s

  • Tracking and reporting of fixed line inventory issued to field partner and reconciliation

  • Access Media's first operator portal to check IP TV fulfillment status as part of fulfillment troubleshooting

  • Engage with field partners to ensure assigned orders are activated within the SLA

  • To provide back-office support to the field team to resolve the technical issue identified during the activation

  • To engage with technology for uploading inventory and patching for newly declared RFS building

  • Reviewing post-installation feedback received from customers and taking necessary action and providing feedback to the relevant field partners

  • To monitor field teams' appointments and ensure teams reach per the customer-given appointment time

  • 90% of overall sales lead to be converted to a successful installation

Must have Educational technical/professional qualifications: [max 3]:

  • Telecom Engineer

  • More than 3 years of experience in the service or telecommunication industry with a strong background in fulfillment across mobility and fixed

  • Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic (both verbal & written)
